1. Overview
Fizbo respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
Fizbo displays listing photos sourced from publicly available real estate websites via direct links to the original source. We do not host or store copies of listing photos on our servers. If you believe your copyrighted work is being displayed on our platform without authorization, please follow the process below.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL(s) or description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our platform, with enough detail for us to find and identify it.
- Your contact information — Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Response Timeline
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously
- Notify the content provider or user who posted the material, if applicable
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Fizbo will terminate access for users or content providers who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
