Applications are good in our system for up to 6months and can be moved to other properties. Pet policy allows up to animals in the apartment. Each animal will be required to be fully vaccinated. Copies of vaccination reports are to be provided to management before the animal may live on the property. Each animal moving into the home will be required to have a 1x nonrefundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st animal and $150 for any additional animal along with a monthly pet rent fee of $50/month per animal that will be living in the home. Registered ESA's do not require a 1x nonrefundable fee or a monthly pet rent fee. All of our properties require renters' insurance by move in.
