A complete Rental application is required and can be found at precisionrealtyct.com, click rentals tab -> select the unit and select apply. Minimum of 12-month lease required. Security deposit required in form of money order and subject to change based on your application. Application for rental will require reimbursement for background check, a full background check (including credit, criminal, and eviction history), and proof of income/employment (3 most recent paystubs). A renters insurance policy will be required.
