(1 cat requires a $200 non-refundable fee plus $10/month pet rent 2 cats require a $300 non refundable pet fee plus $15/month pet rent) **Finishes and wall color may vary** We do not set requirements for our application screening. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short term premium added and is subject to managers approval and availability.
